Product Manager

About the position

In this position, your duties are:

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define the long-term vision for assigned cybersecurity solutions aligning with market trends and customer needs
• Product Roadmap & Execution: Develop and execute the product roadmap prioritizing features, managing sprints, and ensuring timely delivery
• User Experience (UX) Champion: Advocate for optimal user experience conducting user research, gathering feedback, and iterating on designs for intuitive and powerful solutions
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor the cybersecurity landscape, analyze competitor offerings, and identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation
• Technical Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product roadmap aligns with technical feasibility, market demand, and sales goals
• Communication & Presentation: Effectively communicate product vision, roadmap, and value proposition to diverse stakeholders including executives, customers, and partners
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize decision-making
• Metrics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), gather product usage data, and prepare reports to inform strategic decisions

We are looking for someone with experience in:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the cybersecurity industry
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing technology products
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threats, and solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborative and team-playing spirit with the ability to lead and inspire others
• Proficiency in product management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, Confluence)

The goals of this position are:

• Successfully launch new features and enhancements on time and within budget
• Achieve key product performance indicators (KPIs) in areas like user adoption, retention, and satisfaction
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Continuously improve product quality and user experience
• Identify and pursue market opportunities for product growth
