Sales Account Manager

About the position

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious growth objectives. You will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate sales records and reports. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales. You will be expected to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges. You will also be expected to work well in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the team. Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.

In this position, your duties are:

• Prospecting and qualifying leads through various channels.
• Developing compelling sales proposals and presentations
• Assisting Senior Sales Account Manager with client meetings and presentations
• Conducting competitor research and market analysis
• Managing and nurturing client relationships
• Contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies
• Maintaining accurate sales records and reports

We are looking for someone with experience in:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and market trends.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
• Strong work ethic, drive, and ambition.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Previous sales experience a plus (not required).

The goals of this position are:

• Generate a specified number of qualified leads per month.
• Contribute to a defined percentage of team sales target.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Successfully complete relevant training modules and certifications.
